On November 27, 2024, La Vanguardia published, in the Architecture Criticism section by Llatzer Moix, an article about the new VHIR Research Building, located on the Vall d'Hebron Hospital grounds in Barcelona.
The article highlights the beauty of the building, mainly its façade with regularly distributed pillars and the curtain wall set back from the pillars, in the style of ancient Greek temples, as well as its earthy tones of the concrete and the setting of the building on the sloping surface of the land.
The building is a design by the Catalan architects of the BAAS Arquitectura and Espinet / Ubach studios who have also carried out the management of the works and the UTE formed by AT3 Servicios de Arquitectura e Ingeniería - Virginia Otal and Vidal Garcia have been responsible for the management of the execution of the works, which began in July 20.
