We are pleased to share some news that fills us with pride: the VHIR Research Building, in whose construction AT3 participated as part of the Quantity Surveyor team, has been selected as a finalist in the 2025 FAD Awards in the Architecture category.
This recognition, granted by the prestigious Fomento de las Artes y del Diseño (FAD), highlights the most relevant and innovative proposals in the Iberian architectural scene. Being selected as a finalist is a significant endorsement of the rigorous, creative, and committed work carried out.
From our studio, we would like to congratulate all the teams that made this project possible: the architectural teams BAAS and Espinet / Ubach Arquitectes, the Property developer Fundación Instituto de Investigación VHIR, AT3 – Virginia Otal and Vidal Garcia team, the construction company CALAF + SEROM + AGEFRED UTE, and every professional involved in bringing this important project to life.
The awards ceremony will be held soon in Barcelona, and we will be eagerly awaiting the jury’s decision. In the meantime, it is already an honor for us to have contributed to a project that is part of this selection, which includes some of the year’s most outstanding works. We will continue to work with the same passion, striving to add value through technical architecture.
